Hey, y’all, it’s Dr. Kristen here with some thoughts on generations and curiosity:
“As children, we are so curious. But I’ve found that in my generation, the older we get, the more we stop asking questions. The brain is a muscle that needs exercise. Learning helps us feel engaged with the world, and it’s good for brain health and memory. Dive deep into things that you’re interested in.”
I love this from George Jerjian.
We loose our curiosity so quickly as adults – but it’s one of the most important mental postures we could posssibly have as we navigate life.
