Your Burnout Is Not Your Fault

For the sake of being repetitive: your burnout is not your fault.

But that means that it is someone else’s fault. Which begs the question, who’s to blame? We’ve put together this short video to explain our main belief about burnout. Take a look:

When you are in the midst of burnout, you know something is wrong. Our main argument is that the origin of what is wrong is not you, it’s the culture. This is what we mean when we say your burnout is not your fault.

You still have to find your way to recovery, and you can’t do it alone. But the reason you are in burnout has way more to do with our culture than with you as a person.
